In December, the practice 'lost' 133 GP appointment slots because patients did not attend (DNA) and did not notify us. that each time a patient fails to show up for a booked appointment, it costs the NHS £21.

If you cannot make a booked appointment, please let us know so we can offer your appointment to another patient. You can either call Reception on the main Practice line (01928 566561) OR you can leave a message on our dedicated cancellation line (01928 842577)
