There are a number of ways to contact us to enquire about a service or provide information, using the methods as follows below:

We are always happy to receive enquiries and information in written form or via e-mail. The only times this is not appropriate is if you have an urgent medical problem as it may take us a day or more to respond to a letter or e-mail.

Reception

Reception is open for contact between 8.30am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Our receptionists are fully trained and will assist you the best way possible. We would like to encourage you to use one of the alternative ways to contact us as we feel these will offer you a much quicker access to the services you require as it does get very busy at times.

You can contact reception on our main telephone line 01928 566561. With our telephone system you will have several options available to you. Please listen carefully to the options and select the option you require.
