Grove House Patient Group
In February 2006 in recognition that the patient’s
views and opinions were the best way forward to
help improve the services we offer, the Practice
asked patients to become volunteers of a ‘Patient
Group’. The group consists of up to 11 members
who meet with the Business Manager and other staff
at the Practice every 3 to 4 weeks to discuss
general Practice developments, issues and concerns
and ways of overcoming them.
The current group members are:-

The Patient Group has agreed that patients can
contact them via the Practice. If you wish to
contact a member of the patient group please address
your correspondence to:
The Patient Group (you may specify
a particular name if you wish), Grove House Practice,
St Paul’s Health Centre, High Street, Runcorn,
Cheshire, WA7 1AB.
Please mark your correspondence “Private
and Confidential” if you do not want anyone
at the Practice to open the envelope.
Alternatively you can telephone Sharon, the Practice Business Administrator, on 01928
566561 and ask her to pass your contact details
on to the relevant member of the group.
