Test Results

Patients can telephone for their test results anytime. It can take a week or more for test results to be processed and sent back therefore please do not enquire too early. When the doctor or nurse sends a patient for a test, the patient should check with them when to expect their results. Once the results have been sent back, the doctor may want to discuss the results with the patient, if so we will arrange for an appointment to be made.

Please be aware that our reception staff cannot discuss all results over the phone. However if there is a query, patients will be offered a telephone consultation or an appointment with their doctor.
